Unlike Milestones #1 through 3, Milestone #4 has only one requirement/component. For this assignment, students are to develop a Budget for their project proposal.

Develop Project Budget: Create a simple line item budget for the project – including any resources you will need to purchase/acquire, estimated materials costs, personnel budgets (even if all resources are internal or volunteer, please estimate hours and hourly rate).

Must be created in Excel. Provide any assumptions, contingency plans etc. which may impact your budget thought process.

This assignment is for an Organizational Leadership course. For the project, students are to choose a business and create a project proposal and plan from the perspective of a business consultant. The assignment has been broken down into 5 parts/”milestones” – milestones 1, 2, & 3 have been completed and graded by the professor. Milestones 1-3 were completed by a studypool tutor. Unfortunately, I received relatively poor grades on these on each and pretty harsh feedback from my professor. I have attached a word doc that includes the professor’s comments and suggested corrections/inclusions for the preceding milestones completed by the tutor who had helped with this assignment last.
