What was the focus of the course work this week?

This Course mainly focuses on the Bargaining and Game theory to analyze how profits of one firm depends critically on the actions of other firms, This gives insight into not only where competition with rivals is likely to lead, but also how to change the rules of the game to your advantage.

How does it relate to your work?

According to the Scrum guide, the scrum team is self-organizing and self-managing, responsible for their goal setting and accomplishment, and team members are empowered to make commitments individually, but the team as a whole is responsible for accomplishing the final outcome. We find the application of the game-theoretic model appropriate for this study because game theory is a mathematical approach to modeling the decision-making process of intelligent and rational decision-makers in a cooperative or conflicting situation.

1) Game theory has a very good connection with Agile teamwork, and this will maximize the team goals when it is compared to Individual rewords.

2) As a developer I investigated the strategies employed by scrum master and other teams’ members when involved in project scrums.

3) As a Senior Software developer, I monitored and controlled project performance to track the amount of work done, how much time do we have left in completion.

4) Developed and implemented standard methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project, built and provided the requirements.

5) Developed the competency of the project team, including training.

6) Multiproject management, including program and portfolio management, coordination and allocation of teams between projects

7) Strategic management, including participation in strategic planning and benefits management.
