Instructions

The evidence for the inclusion of physical activity/exercise as a prevention (if relevant) and treatment strategy for the stated clinical population. This section should include an exercise program overview which outlines the considerations and contraindications for exercise in the patient group described, types of exercise the literature demonstrates are most helpful for the clinical population and a broad outline of the considerations for and application of the evidence base to the client described (guide 900 words).

She has been referred to you to help regain optimal upper limb function (she is right hand dominant) and improve confidence with physical activity. Her children are aged 3 and 6 years. She has always loved swimming. She will return to work (full time) as a high school English teacher in 4 months.
