The attached is an explanation of the employee disciplinary process and you are being asked to evaluate Performance Behaviors for the most appropriate form of Discipline. In a separate document, create a Memo to document how you would evaluate these behaviors and the actions you would take using the progressive discipline model for the submission of this assignment. You may opt to address each behavior individually and create categories based on actions (e.g., probation would be the action and then list the behaviors would apply probation as the action), but provide an overall generally summary of why you proposed the course of action for each behavior (e.g., why certain behaviors warrant suspension vs. probation or termination).
