You are required to write a marketing plan as your end-of-semester project. This is a useful exercise for it will help you approach marketing opportunities in a logical and structured way. To help you develop this skill, Ihave provided a detailed MARKETING PLAN OUTLINE(see Marketing Plan folder in D2L). Before you start the project, please review this file carefully. The first six pages give you a detailed outline of what should be included in your marketing plan. The restof the document shows you the marketing plan of a hypothetical company called E-MOTION SOFTWARE.After studying the sample document,you will have to develop a marketing plan for a hypothetical Bed and Breakfast located in Marietta, Georgia near the Marietta Square. To make the project flexible, you can make all the necessary assumptions regarding the name of the B&B, the number of rooms, the occupancy rate, the target market(s),and the pricing structure (i.e., per room, per guest, etc.). Clearly state these assumptions in your report. Then,based on your assumptions, you will develop the BΘB’s Marketing Plan. Your final output will be a paper that youwillpost in the MARKETING PLAN FOLDER(see Assignments tab in D2L). Here are the specifics for your paper:i.Title Page:includeyour name (First name, Last name), the course/section/semester/CRN, the date of submission, the title of the assignment, and an interesting and descriptive one-liner that captures the essence of your marketing planii.Table of Contents:include all sections and subsections (in order of presentation) and provide accompanying page numbersiii.Executive Summary: 1 page maximumiv.Body of the Paper:provide an appropriate heading for each section(subsection)of the paper based on the outline provided in the examplev.References:document all sources (i.e., books, articles, Web content, etc.) usingthe MLA style format (see MLA Style Guide in D2L)vi.Appendix:If applicable, include tables, figures, graphs, images/pictures, etc. Each appendix must be appropriately numbered, titled, referenced within the body of the paper, and tied to the content presented in the report. The paper should be between 12and 15 double-spaced pages(Word document with a 1-inch margin and 12-point Times New Roman font). The page count does not include the Title Page, the Table of Contents, the References, orthe Appendix.
