Introduction:

 

For this project, you will write a Personal Business Plan and do a pitch in class highlighting how entrepreneurship and innovation could play a role in your personal and career paths. The entrepreneurial process is at its core concerned with “the pursuit of opportunity without regard to the resources already under control.” This process is as applicable to your career as it is to starting a company. The goal of this assignment is to identify where you want to be and how you will get there. Do not worry about your current resources. Think entrepreneurially! The assignment should summarize the areas below, with a special emphasis on reflecting on a “failure.”

1. Vision and Opportunity (20 points)

 

• Write a vision and mission statement for yourself that incorporates your values.

 

 

Vision:

 

-My vision is to be recognized as a preferred employer and provider of innovative and results-oriented human resources management services, policies, and systems.

 

Mission:

-My mission is to create and manage value-added human resources policies and systems, to provide effective and customer-focused professional consulting, services and solutions, and to provide our staff with the tools required to meet the needs of our customers.

 

 

 

• Define 3 career and/or educational goals after graduating from ZU.
• In fact, after graduating from Zayed University, I have many goals that I would like to achieve, but there are three goals that are more important than others.

 

-My first goal and the most important goal that I would to find a part job   to have an experience In order to get enough experience to be accepted after that in the best and greater companies in the United Arab Emirates

 

-My second  goal and the most important goal that I would to achieve is to get master’s degree in Human Resource Management, I am planning to take it from The American College in Duba. So, that guarantee me better future.

 

-My third and final goal is to take more courses in my field with experts to enable me to be effective and successful in the management of human resources.

What am I looking for?

I seek a better future and life that can improve my personality and make me more social with people around me. And to be successful in my job and have an important position in the country and make my parints  proud of me.

 

How can I be successful in my work?

Attempting to bring new ideas to the table and take initiative, start new projects, introduce new solutions and create new business opportunities. Be a well Communicate Communication is the key to an employee’s and an organization’s success. The most important thing is to believe in yourself and your ability to succeed in your work. Confidence allows you to develop your potential and insight to recognize the opportunity.

 

How can I improve my self?

Try to learn something new and make at least one shift that makes me better every single day at something. It sounds overwhelming, but improvements don’t have to be massive, they can be very tiny, leading to huge changes gradually. Think about changing your day by just 1% and building on that every single day. Wake up every day and ask yourself what the 1% difference I can change is in order to better myself personally and professionally.

1 – Human Resources : : Must have bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management Job Summary Assists in carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. Additionally, he/she assists in delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

 

2- HR Manager: Job Summary The role will be based in Abu Dhabi but you will be required to travel to Dubai once or twice a week. Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting the HR Director on a strategic and operational level You will have a team of 3 and report to the HR Director.

 

3- HR Coordinator: ob Summary Recruitment & Deployment Prepare offer letters for the selected applicants Liaise with the applicants on completing the necessary documents required for processing their labour approvals and visas – Ensure passport validity is checked Liaise with the applicants on completing the recruitment documents Ensure relevant staff documents are scanned and placed on the sharing

2. Marketing and Implementation Strategy (10 points)

 

• Create a marketing positioning statement directed at hypothetical employer, industry, organization or world at large.

To achieve greater success I must create my own path and brand myself. Fight against all odds by embracing your true self. There is nothing beautiful than that. I can be different than others by doing my own project in special way. I will create a program that can recording employee evaluation, if it is good, we put a green dot with the comment, and if it is bad, then a red point, and we can calculate the bonuses for employees, attendance and absence. I have to invent something new to prove my existence and efficiency.

I am different from others UAE students because I always believe in myself and my abilities, I don’t care about what other people say about me. Always in the summer I try to take courses in self-development and I like to volunteering, not only to finish my working hours I enjoy volunteering.

 

 

3. Risks and Mitigation (10 points)

 

• How do you define success?

 

For me, success will always be about making a difference in the lives of other people. If I know that my work helped someone find a job at the end of the day or feed their family or turn their lives around then I sleep well at night and wake up eager to start work the next day all over again. Also I can define Success can be achieved when you try your best in all aspects of everything you do, even if that doesn’t lead to big results. If you’ve done your best, you should feel proud of your efforts.

 

 

 

• List 3 External Factors/Risks that might affect your success.

 

The first risk is getting part job during my master’s degree study maybe I can’t balance work with  job  . Currently in my life I cannot practice two things at the same time I have to put my full focus on one thing.  maybe it is a new experience that i will get on and i will learn how to go through it.

 

The second risk is the nigtive envirmont all the people around me generally think negatively and this affects a lot in me. The biggest bad influencer in your life can be the sating with a negative person or putting yourself in a negative environment. A negative person or environment can rub off on you no matter how positive you are until your mind unintentionally resorts to negative thoughts before positive ones.

 

The third risk is that I am a person  who thinks a lot in everything.  overthinking every little decision can needlessly slow your productivity. And more than that, it can also affect how your team perceives you.

• Describe 3 ways to reduce each risk.

 

– My strategy for the first risk is I will try to balance between my part time job and my study.  In addition, I will organize my time between my study and my part job. I will make a schedule for my time to be more organized.

 

– For the second  risk I will mix with more positive people and I will stay away from the negative people. I always will sit in a positive environment with people who love life, people who do not criticize people, people who encourage me to complete my tasks, not delay.

 

-For the last risk i will try to  stop overthinking by Putting an end to rehashing, second guessing, and catastrophic predictions is easier said than done. But with consistent practice, i can limit my negative thinking patterns.

 

 

Reflect upon a failure you have experienced in life, what lessons you learned from it, and how these lessons can be applied to future plans.

 

In my life, I facing many challenges and problems I passed through several experiences of failure that guided me to do my best and helped me identify and learn from my faults. The first failure experienced that I through in my life and have afeect my is when I was in gread 11 I scord 59 in English. I was so shocked. It afeect my becous I feel galte and that I did not work hard enogh to pass this subject. After that I decid to work hard in every subject and do my best and if there any thing that I am not understanding I will ask for help from my teacher or my frinds. The second failure experienced that I have through in is when I when I got into depression it was to hard to go throut it. It was a very diffecalt experent. My marks my grades deteriorated also my GPA deteriorated. Then I decid to to get out of my depression without medication or consulting a doctor. I was just want to sleep I don’t want to talk to anyone I was crying about everything I can’t sleep enogh it was very hard. I overcame depression by mixing with people and going out with friends, while I do not sit in isolation with myself, thank God I have passed it.

I have a law in my life that I respect people to respect me. Respect must be mutual.
