I am from KSA, female, 35 years. I am working now as a Human Recourse planning and development head in huge regional hospitals with more than 6000 employees housed and before that, I was working as head of Human recourse in price hospital from 2018 to 2019 with more than 1400 employees housed. I graduated 2014 USA with a master’s degree in public policy and administration from California University in the USA. In 2015 I worked as recruitment head in Shah hospital to 2017 more than 1000 employees on it. I have a scholarship from my government to get Ph.D
