PICO Question: Does Adequate staffing compared to inadequate staffing decrease adverse events in patients that are hospitalized?

o Your integrative review will include 3 research studies published in the last five years.
o The literature review is objective, organized and provides a synthesis or a line of reasoning that leads to your conclusion. Compare and contrast the literature and do not report each study separately. Identify the methods and common variables and results. How were the studies the same? Identify the uncommon features and results. How did the studies differ? The synthesis table will serve as a tool to help you organize and synthesize your findings.
