This is a case study(Peach Tree case), it’s a group project, my part is need to prepare an excel finance statement(IBA_Export- Market Approach excel), focus on Market Approach, my teammates already completed Income /Asset Approach, I attached it as a sample template（Unadjusted Fin State excel), please create a new Market Approach excel page, to identified fundamentally comparable guideline companies using Pratt’s Stats(attached) completed transaction database, The pratt stat is between 1997-2006, matching the case, we pick 2002 -2006,  focus on the recent 5 years, revenue is cut off lower 900 million revenue, and then inside it has many MVIC data to compare with it, we use column BY’s MVIC ratio(attached picture below).  Please do the following  3 requirements  1. Create  IBA_Export- Market Approach excel, figure out the MVIC data 2. Sort the recent 5 years data, pick 2002 -2006 3.
