Y The Midterm assignment is a paper essay on your innovative thought. It should address one of the following business areas: services, information, technology, or supply processes, so long as it addresses your idea to change (even if a small modification), upgrade, or alter one of these business areas.

For example, Home Depot vice Lowes. The slight modification of Lowes was to move away from the color orange that Home Depot used in branding; to using blue in service-scape for Lowes. This small modification in supply services brought about a completely new successful franchise. (You are to use your own modification, not using color changes on service-scape).

Additionally, you must include a minimum of three key terms used in your textbook (found at the end of any chapter). Terminology must be effectively used, explained, cited, and you must be able to demonstrate that you understand the concept of the term(s).

Additionally , you must analyze your business concept using one of the following key operation characteristics: efficiency, quality, flexibility, cost, or customization. Reference Chapter 3 of the BA291 textbook to get more ideas for this portion of your paper. You are encouraged to be creative, brainstorm, and let yourself think of things differently. Asking what if we did it this way? Why have we always done it this way?

You must attach a photo or document of your SWOT chart showing depth and breadth of your above thought processes.
