Students are required to prepare a PROJECT PROPOSAL in a form of write up。 This includes Introduction/Background to the Study, Research Questions, Research Objectives, Research Gaps, Literature Review, Conceptual Framework, Theoretical Framework, Methodology & Study Area, Contribution of the Study, Conclusion.

PROJECT THEMES/FOCUS WILL BE BASED ON ONE CITY (HONG KONG):

Describe the concept of participatory governance and how it has been implemented in the management of the city that you have chosen. You may select from the following issues and discuss how the communities/urban citizens/stakeholders have played their role in urban management, challenges faced and the way forward:
