he final exam will cover lectures in weeks 9-16 and chapters 20-26 in our textbook, Give Me Liberty!.
The final exam will consist of 5 questions. You are only required to answer 2 of the questions. You can choose which 2 questions you want to answer.
Each question you answer must be at least 2 pages long and no longer than 5 pages long.
For example, the first question you choose to answer should be at least 2 pages long and no longer than 5 pages long.

Your essay should also be typed, use 12 inch font, use 1 inch margins, and be double spaced.
A good essay will use examples from lectures and class readings. You do not have to cite lectures. If you cite from our textbook Give Me Liberty! or from other sources you must cite using Chicago Style (Links to an external site.).
It is your choice if you want to use footnotes or endnotes. A bibliography page is not required.
Each question you answer will be worth 150 points for a total of 300 points.
However to get full credit, you must use specific evidence from both class readings and lectures, be thorough, and clearly explain the importance of the material that you are discussing.
