The Module Pre-Assessment is your opportunity to practice applying module content before submitting the final Competency Assessment. In the Final Assessment, you will be asked to create a slide presentation with audio narration that describes three different compensation methods for support staff  and two compensation methods for physicians as well as two advantages and two disadvantages of each method. Then you will be asked to recommend the best compensation method for support staff and the best compensation method for physicians. Based on one of the potential key positions you identified in the Module 2 Pre-Assessment, you also will be asked to complete a Job Requirements Matrix for one key position at Lockeport Medical Center and create a job description for the key position.

To prepare for your Final Assessment, consider three different compensation methods for support staff and two different compensation methods for physicians that would be options for Lockeport. Next, reflect on two advantages and two disadvantages for each method. Then think about which compensation method would be best to recommend for support staff and physicians. Finally, select one of the potential key positions you identified in the Module 2 Pre-Assessment and reflect on how you might describe that position.

For the first part of this Module Pre-Assessment, create bulleted list identifying the three different compensation methods for support staff and two different compensation methods for physicians that would be options for Lockeport. Also, include two advantages and two disadvantages for each method you identified. Next, identify which method among those you listed would be best for support staff and which one would be best for physicians.

For the second part of this Module Pre-Assessment, complete a draft of the Job Requirements Matrix for the potential key position you identified in the Module 2 Pre-Assessment. Then create a rough draft of job description that details how the position aligns with the goals of the organization.
