Below is the instruction from my professor on what she wants me to do:

Harvard Business Review (HBR) has asked you to write an article “Leading Effectively in 2021 and Beyond.”  What message would you deliver? Use the textbook, the TED Talks, the Harvard Business Review articles, our discussions, and the leadership blog you have been following to create a six to seven-page thought piece about successful leadership in a world that is diverse and ever-changing. Write in the style of the HBR articles you have read but do include citations as appropriate and a reference page.

I have attached two papers that are great papers other students wrote as an example. I have also included a file of the book we have used throughout the semester.  I will include other links and resources that we have used:

I have written this paper once and failed it. I also didn’t cite many things I am hoping paying to write this graduate paper will boost my grade back up. Thank you and I appreciate the help.
