Write a 7-paragraph essay on legal and constitutional doctrines. Be sure to use five specific examples of the cases, laws, and writings/testimonies that exemplify these doctrines from either Revolution in Rights or Brown v. Board. If other doctrines that we have studied help support your paper’s basis, feel free to use them.
Write a 7-paragraph essay on one of the doctrines listed. Please write one paragraph for each example which includes an ID on the document that the paragraph is about and date it within a decade.. Remember that an ID contains 1) who or what the term refers to, 2) an approximate date within a decade, and 3) the historical significance of the subject in legal and constitutional history (the significance will be the purpose of the paragraph).
Your first paragraph will be your introduction and should state the purpose of your answer. Then write 5 paragraphs, each based on one document you have selected as especially important evidence for your essay’s purpose. You will have discussed five documents. You may use 1) one case that does not have a primary document to represent it but which we discussed in class, and 2) a current decision or law. You may also include one case from the first part of the semester. Write a concluding paragraph showing that you have proven your case, for a total of seven paragraphs. REMEMBER TO CITE YOUR SOURCES: (BOOK, PAGE NUMBER).
