From your discussion you then need to make an argument around whether the assessment (e.g. personality tests) is appropriate for use in the area of applied psychology that you have chosen (e.g. clinical psychology)

I would like a paper reviewing th braod issues in psychological assessment, and then a critical review focusing on personality or ability tests in employment settings (organisational psychology). There needs to be a clear argument whether personality tests are appropriate in organisational settings.
