• Next, do a quick Google search about the author of the poem you chose as your favorite, and tell us a little bit about them: where are they from, when were they writing, what are they known for, etc. This could come from pretty much any source: Wikipedia, The Poetry Foundation, an online encyclopedia, etc.
• Which poem from this list spoke to you least or was your least favorite and why? What about it did not resonate with you?
• Then, do a quick Google search for this poet as well, finding out a little about them, similar to the second bullet point above.
• Finally, how did finding out a little more about the two poets above affect you appreciation of their poems? Did you feel you liked them more or less with more context? Did you understand the poem better? Why or why not? What more would you want to find out about either (or both) of these poems and/or poets?
