1. 1. King shared that 22% of Allied Universal’s workforce is 55+. They have made a real effort to attract and hire the 55+ demographic. Do you think this is wise and is it a practice that could/should be replicated in other companies? Could it work in all companies?
   2. One of the primary recruiting tools AlliedUniversal uses is external referrals. Their model is to partner with external organizations to refer potential employees. Do you think the model is viable for all organizations as a method for recruitment?
   3. Many companies use e-cruting to solicit applications and it’s their primary method to attract talent. Yet, AlliedUniversal has found that they miss out on that 55+ talent pool. Have we become too reliant on e-cruting? Could you miss other demographics with only e-cruiting? Should HR professionals be looking at different ways to recruit to ensure a diverse talent pool?
