The reflection should be written in the first-person narrative; ensure you inform the reader about your experience in the class, not just the exercise per se; remember that your tutor was with you in the class, so they DO NOT NEED you to explain the exercise to them! You can and should use aspects of the exercise to support your examination and discussion of your own behaviour and thoughts as an individual and as a team member.

The refection should specifically mention the dynamics of the team you were in for the exercise – was there a leader in the team? Was the team able to effectively delegate tasks to one another? Was the teams’ communication good or bad? Both positive and negative aspects of the team should be analysed. The reflection should also highlight what you would do differently in the future, within the team as well as more generally for the exercise, as this has the ability to effectively show your learning.
