You are to analyze a company you feel would benefit from a Blue Ocean Strategy to make their competitors irrelevant. You are to employ three tools: the E.R.R.C. technique, the Strategy Canvas, and the Six Paths. I would suggest you use a publicly traded company, so you have access to more information. You are NOT to use Apple, Southwest, Yellow Tail, and Novo Nordisk. You do not have to use all Six Paths but employ at least two.
You are also to make a two-to-three-minute presentation. If you pre-record, you MUST use Panopto, and you MUST be visible for the entire presentation. Presenting live in class would be to your benefit.
Write a minimum of a two-page paper (Full Two Pages) essay on a company that you think you would benefit from implementing the Blue Ocean Strategy. Remember to use 12-point Times New Roman type and double space. Use one-inch margins. Do not overly indent. Provide A.P.A. style citations. Use a cover sheet for your name and assignment information. This cover sheet, the bibliography, and any pictures will not be counted towards the two-page minimum.
