Film Review Assignment for Strangers On A Train based on the novel by Patricia Highsmith Directed by Alfred Hitchcock (1951)

Now that if you write in MLA, follow these guidelines:

•  the title and release date only
• Summary of the plot
• Evaluation of plot elements (Exposition, rising action,Climax, Falling Action, and Resolution)
• Use of emotions, voice, etc.
• Personal opinion and observations

Writing a conclusion for a film review is easy. Start with the paraphrased thesis statement. Sum up whether the movie creator managed to achieve the initial goals. Re-state the evidence used to support your points. Was the film useful, and in what way? Would you recommend it to anyone else? Why or Why Not?

You will construct a six to seven hundred word movie review essay on the film. The review will include at least three sources ( biography of Highsmith and Hitchcock), the film, and a critical review of the film.

When finding the biographies for highsmith and Hitchcock, make sure the biographies have something to do with the film, I don’t need their whole life story. Just anything related to the movie.
