1) Compare and contrast fee-for-service reimbursement with capitation reimbursement. You must provide at least two pros and cons of each. The state which reimbursement method you believe is better and justify your response (note I am asking for your opinion here so this should be 100% in your own words). 2) Describe Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D in detail including answering all of the following: What services does each part cover? When were each part enacted into law? How does a patient receive coverage for each part? Your response to this section should be a minimum of 300 words. (20 points)
