All essays should have a central idea, and topic sentences to make a strong argument.
Strong essays will connect and identify parallels between multiple assigned readings/videos and concepts. You should not rely on outside sources, and if you include some, they should be properly cited.
Provide proper citations to statements that refer to course readings or films at the end of particular statements. You should cite ideas and quotes in the same way Zlolniski does in his paper (Zlolniski 2018). Full citations are listed on the syllabus.
Do not include long (>3 sentence) quotes to increase your word count. Write in your own words as much as possible to make your point.
Include all essays in one document and enumerate them appropriately.
