   This week you finalize your MBA Program Portfolio & Assessment. Your assignment this week consists of two steps that should be completed by Sunday at 11:59 p.m., CT:

   1. upload artifacts to your portfolio (see details on how to do this below);
   2. write your MBA Program Assessment Essay; and
   3. submit your assignment.

   Step 1: Upload Artifacts to Your Portfolio

   Upload at least one artifact (signature assignments) from each of your core courses to demonstrate your learning in the MBA program. These should be embedded in the page so that viewers can read the assignment without downloading files. You may either copy/paste the assignment text into the webpage, or use the website tools to embed the file. Use the help resources for the website provider you selected for more help embedding your files:

   • Add Google Files, Video & More to Google Sites
   • Share Documents on Your Wix Site

   Include a brief description of each artifact and how it demonstrates your learning in one or more of the program learning outcomes.

   Step 2: Write Your MBA Program Assessment Essay

   Write a short essay (no more than three pages in length, double spaced) on your assessment of the learning outcomes for Graduate Programs and the MBA program. Specifically, you should discuss whether you feel that the course of instruction has prepared you for the next step in your career through the assessment of the learning outcomes.
   Use the Student Learning Outcomes Program Assessment document to assist you with this assignment. Use this document to evaluate how well you believe you have met each of the following Learning Outcomes using the following 1-5 scale. In your essay, provide a rationale for these evaluations/scores, and refer to the assignments you have uploaded in your portfolio website as artifacts from each course in demonstrating how well you have achieved each outcome.
   Consider the program outcomes as you complete your program assessment. Your essay should include an APA-style title page, in-text citations when appropriate, and a reference page.
   

2. NOTE: i need minimum of 3 pages of content for the essay, in APA format & references are important & i need you to make a website too.
