Utilizing the leadership assessments, journal article summaries, and textbook readings throughout the course, address the five prompts below in a 5-7 minute presentation recorded and uploaded in Canvas. 

1. Evolution: Briefly reflect on the evolution of leadership. 
2. Leadership Style: How would you explain your approach to leadership? What theory does it connect with?
3. Virtuous leadership: What virtue is the most natural for you? Provide an example. What virtue is the most challenging for you? Provide an example.

• Prudence: to make the right decisions.
• Courage: to stay the course and resist pressures of all kinds. 
• Self-Control: to coordinate passions to the spirit and fulfillment of the mission at hand. 
• Justice: to give every individual his due.
• Magnanimity: to strive for great things, to challenge me and others.
