PART 1: Read Ephesians 6:5-9.  The message here is that whether you are the master ("boss") or employee ("servant / slave"), Christians should perform their work as though they were working for God rather than to please people.  How might this perspective change how Christians interact with others, whether or not they work in a pro-Christian environment?  What other scriptures might apply to our interactions in business and organizations as Christians?

 PART 2: How might you apply the concepts learned in this module regarding human individuality (e.g. personality, creativity), and human systems to Christian influences in organizations?  Consider both how you might influence others as a Christian, as well as how you might appreciate these individual characteristics as characteristic of creation.  That is, how might you see the individual characteristics as being from God, including those that may be different from your own?

Be sure to correctly cite any scriptures and sources used, and use at least your textbook as a source for information to support your discussion. Other, professional / academic sources may also be used. Include the complete reference of sources used at the bottom of your post.
