2. In which instance did intercultural communication help an expatriateto diffuse culture shock and leverage innovation? Describe the verbaland nonverbal behaviors the expatriate used to acclimate to the newculture and diminish culture shock.
3. Compare and contrast acculturated behaviors that appeared in the article that might appear at your place of work.
