Suppose you’re about to launch a company and you have the company’s mission statement and SWOT analysis ready. (See attachment “project 2”)

Question 4. To further clarify your strategy, create a strategy canvas of the industry in which you will compete. Identify the key features of the market and note where you and your main competitors fall. Explain the figure, and make sure it is consistent with your SWOT and competitive strategy. The figure should be included as an attachment, outside the 4-page requirement. You should describe the figure clearly and carefully in the body of the report.

2.Create an excel sheet

a.excel sheet should follow the strategy canvas template in attachment

c.in the notes section, you need to put a brief description about summary of the data and what you discover from the data.
