Description
Hello Class,
Outcomes are an important part of any project. For Assignment 3, you will identify a minimum of 5 objectives and explain how they will improve the focus of your capstone project. Additionally, you will be developing effective strategies that will help you meet the outcomes you identified. (Outcomes are what you expect to happen if your project works the way you want it to work).
In addition to the above, you will develop a realistic timeline in which the capstone project can be implemented. Some of you might not have done this properly in Assignment 2 so now you can improve it for this section. A timeline should include a start date, an end date, and dates for weekly updates on the project., A potential budget that includes the benefits of the project, resources that will be needed an estimated dollar amount for costs. This will help you when presenting a change project. The executive leaders want to know you have considered time and money. Finally, you will use to assess the success of the project. Here you need to explain how you will determine if your project was a success. You might need to create an evaluation tool or use one that already exists.
The paper should be no more than 5 typed pages. You should have a minimum of 3 appropriate references. Remember to follow the writing process which includes all papers having an introduction and a conclusion in addition to the other sections of your paper. All academic paragraphs should include a minimum of 5 well-developed sentences. Finally, do not use contractions in academic writing or phrases such as “I feel” or “I felt”. These weaken a paper. I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Please use the grading rubric to create an outline of your assignment. Each section of the rubric should be a section of your final paper and could become the headings. Your assignment will be graded based on each element of the rubric. Compare each section of your paper with the rubric to ensure all elements are covered. Then, include an introduction and conclusion to tie the paper together. If you have any questions regarding the assignment please contact your instructor using the Course Help forum.
Being able to clearly identify the outcomes of any project is essential to the successful implementation of the project. While clear and concise outcomes are important it is also important to develop effective strategies to meet the outcomes you identify. In this assignment you will identify the necessary resources, including a potential budget, a realistic timeline in which someone can implement the project, the timeline for the project, and the strategies you will use to achieve your outcomes
