Individual Assignment
The community sustainable health project is the cornerstone of MEPN547 and MEPN547P. Through this project you will develop skills of community assessment, identification of community health needs or potential needs, planning and execution of a targeted group intervention, and evaluation of the process and outcome measures of the project. Using a conceptual framework, your group will plan, implement, and evaluate a sustainable project that addresses a specific concern/need experienced by your community. The program should be planned, implemented, and evaluated.
To evaluate your project in the clinical section, answer the reflection prompts found in the rubric. This assignment has a word limit of 1000 words (excluding title page and any references). There is no minimum word requirement, but the expectation is that you will write several paragraphs to address the issues.
There is a partner assignment in theory where you will as a group present this project to the class.
