This is a case study, meaning that it requires alot of research. This is for my Strategic Management class, so you’re pointing out all of the strategies Starbuck uses. My professor wants these throughout the paper: statistics and explanations behind it, to be explicit with your research paragraphs, external environment analysis part is important to him so please so extra hard on that part – this part should have statistics and facts about each of the segments in the external envirnoment, not just defining them, unique pressures each competitor brings, this entire paper should be assessed properly to show your understanding of Starbucks, who are the industries buyers, give accurate examples, dont just define, assess what is true and what is not for this particular industry.

VERY IMPORTANT:
In the attached files, I’ll provide pages from the textbook we’re currently using in class. The professor wants us to answer the questions by how the subtitles are explained. Use the subtitles from the textbook as well. Please Please Please do this, this is important, every page attached is important!! 

There will be a file attached with the way it should be formatted with Subtitles/headings. Example: Stakeholder Analysis.
In the instructions file, beside the headings are questions that need to be answered. Some may require a “Yes/No” or some may need you to pick an option. But whatever it is that you choose, back up your responses with statistics and facts and not just definitions. Please explain every point you make. For the recommendations, place state 5 with explanations as to why you recommend it.
