Option 2: If students struggle with artistic assignments, they may choose to read either John Lennox’s book The Seven Days that Divide the WorldOR Brian Peterson’s book What was the Sin of Sodom? (see textbook list above). Both these are available on Amazon and in the university bookstore. Students will then do a 1000-worddouble-spaced paper using 12-point Times New Roman font (please include word count at the end of the paper). The review should be balanced by a 500-word summary of the book and a 500-word critique (do you agree or disagree –why and why not?). See example of a review on Moodle homepageand the rubric.NOTE: Both the timeline and the review must be accompanied by the designated rubric for the assignment, which is available on the Moodle homepage for this class. Please be sure to fill out the rubric for the designated assignment and attach itto your project/paper. NOTE: For the Lennox book, you do not need to summarize the appendices.
