In the Informative speech you will inform the class about the topic of your choice. Remember you are teaching not persuading. You should strive to share/present information that we probably do not already know; the more original your topic the more people will want to listen to you. In other words, provide your audience with new and unique information about objects, people, issues, concepts or words. Be careful not to become persuasive in your speech. For example, explain How to live a stress-free life.
The goal of the Informative Speech is to explain or describe facts, truths, and principles in a way that stimulates interest, facilitates understanding, and increases the likelihood of remembering.

Part II:
The more original your topic the more people will want to listen to you. INTERNET SOURCE allowed for this assignment (No Wikipedia). Students must follow the MLA format for the written portion of this assignment.
This is a manuscript speech, MLA Format, a minimum of 3-4 pages double-spaced, 3-5 minutes speaking time, with a bibliography (works cited).
Upload a copy of your speech manuscript under the assignment submission tab found in the informative speech learning module.
