• GOAL – The goal of the presentation is to bring on a new location in Pasadena, California under management; so that means that we are trying to go in and operate the smaller office business within a larger office building that is owned by another party. Those are the people we are sending this to. Message to you: Hello, this is not for a college assignment, however, it is for our corporate profile. This location has 63 private offices, 2 conference rooms and a lounge. This property is located just two blocks from the other one. Both are in Downtown Los Angeles, and both are very high-end. We cater to a higher class of client than most other providers and provide 2 full time receptionists, a manager and on-site accountant at each location. In this assignment, the goal is to make the presentation look so professional and impressive, highlighting the high occupancy we have historically had, our low turnover and high employee retention. We also want to highlight that this is a boutique small business owned privately by one person (Me- Edwin Akoubians). About me, I have a Master’s (2012) and Bachelor’s (2010) degree from USC in Economics. Prior to founding this company, I previously held the following roles: Director, Acquisitions – Thompson National Properties in Irvine, CA; Development Growth Manager, Orange County – Strategic Development Advisors in Pasadena, CA and as Founder and CEO of National Realty Group in Los Angeles, CA. I need these points to be in the presentation, but not sound pompous or overly boastful, but I need to establish some sort of credibility outside of the 6 years that the company has been operating.
