CONTENTS OF THE RFP MEMORANDUM

• ( A)Statement of the problem (What is your reason for doing the project? What are some of the factors that created the problem or situation that you are researching?).
• (B)Specification of at least three criteria. (What will you analyze? What specific things do you want to find out about your topic? On what basis are you going to evaluate the conclusions that you reach?)
• (C)Specification of the methodology of the research. (How are you going to collect information? What sources are you going to use for your paper? What theory? Include the name of sources and the authors of those sources that you have identified in your initial research.)
• Schedule, including specific dates of task completion.
• Request for permission to pursue the project.
