Determine the authors’ purpose for the book.
Explain the author’s main points in the book.

Define the authors’ ideas and concepts: create a context for the reader.
Evaluate the authors’ arguments.
Analyze how the authors present their ideas to the reader.
Discuss the significance of the ideas they present in the book in relationship to their overall purpose and main arguments.
Your Essay must include the following Items:

A clearly defined thesis statement.
Clear textual support from the text.
A development of the thesis throughout the body of the paper and the conclusion.
