So for this section, you should re-visit Paper 1 and try to make some connections between the type of the type of knowledge gained from the social sciences and the type of knowledge offered by the humantiies. For example, how does a self-portrait (the viewing of one or creating one) enhance our understanding of identity? And, what type of knowledge does a self-portrait offer that may not be found in a social sciences article? You may these questions about life writing (Memoirs) and poetry.
