Final Self Assessment

The final portion of the Personal diet analysis project is all about self assessment. By using the 3-Day average report, daily intake reports (food log), energy balance report, the my plate report, and the intake vs. goals report, analysis your nutrient intake for macro & micro-nutrients (Carbs, Protein, Fat, Vitamins, Minerals and Water). Also, include In your summary an analysis of anything else you may have noticed about your current diet based on what you have learned during the course and that you might now be aware of now that you didn’t know prior to taking taking this class.  In 1-2 paragraphs identify specific nutrients that you are consuming too much of and what foods from your daily intake report are contributing to the high amount. Do this for all nutrients that are showing you consumed at more than 100% of your recommended amount. Also, identify the nutrients that you are low in or are less than 75% and do the same as you did for the nutrients you were over 100%. Summarize and Identify specific foods that contain these nutrients and how would you include them in your daily diet to ensure you are getting an adequate amount of nutrients in your diet.    What you need to submit on canvas: 1. 2-3 Paragraph Summary Evaluation and analysis of your diet. 2. 3-Day Average report from Diet & Wellness Plus 3.  Intake vs Goals report from Diet & Wellness Plus 4.
