Environmental Racism causing poverty in America

Description

I am needing to write an argumentative essay using the classical style (The classical argument is made up of five components, which are most commonly composed in the following order:

• Exordium – The introduction, opening, or hook.
• Narratio – The context or background of the topic.
• Proposito and Partitio – The claim/stance and the argument.
• Confirmatio and/or Refutatio – positive proofs and negative proofs of support.
• Peroratio – The conclusion and call to action.

). It must be 1200 words and include 5 sources. I already have all 5 sources and a works cited page, as well as a fair chunk of it written. You can use that but if it is easier to start fresh I understand. The article by Jeffery Kent is my opposing argument.
