Team System Development Project (for Systems Analysis and Design)

Description

1. Each team will select a system. The system can be any existing system. There is no limit on how big or small the system can be, but it must be a real system.

2. The goal of this exercise is for students to gain some hands-on experience in analysis and design by creating a tangible work that you could use as a sample for an internship or job interview.

3. The quality of the document will depend on how much effort you put into the framework and details of your plan.

4. The team will be given dynamic issues to tackle, specifically:
   1. Formation of the team: You will need to choose your own members.
   2. Organization, command, and control: You will need to have at least one weekly planning and progress meeting; and provide minutes of the meetings for submission to the instructor.
   3. Quality control and outcomes: You will have to monitor your progress and manage your team members toward creation of a multi-phase deliverable project.
