Your report should include no more than two pages of explanation of your design and reasoning, and it should also include a prototype of your assessment (such as a questionnaire, step-by-step process list, matrix of metrics, etc.). Please be sure to cite any documents used as inspiration.

Consider how you could integrate engagement with sustainability (e.g., their knowledge of, understanding of, commitment to, passion for, experience with, or skills related to sustainability) into your performance assessment as a way to guide employee behavior and decision-making.
